Delivery Policy

At Agile Softwarescape Enterprises (BN 8393867), Plot 289B, Akin Olugbade Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, all of our products are digital. There is no physical shipment — your software license keys and activation instructions are delivered electronically. This Delivery Policy explains how and when you receive your purchase.
1. Instant Email Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your license key(s) and step-by-step activation instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout, and are also available in your account order history. No shipping address or delivery fee is required.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes of a successful payment. In a small number of cases — for example when an order requires manual fraud verification — delivery may take up to a few hours. If you have not received your key within that window, please contact us.
3. Technical and Activation Requirements
To activate and use your software, you will typically need a genuine, supported operating system (Windows or macOS as applicable), a stable internet connection, and, for some products, a publisher account (for example a Microsoft or Adobe account). Each delivery email includes the specific activation steps for that product.
4. Didn’t Receive Your Key?
If your key has not arrived, please first check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If you still cannot find it, email udedike@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend it promptly.
5. Access and Activation Support
Our support team is available 24/7 online to help with delivery and activation. If a key fails to activate, contact us and we will work with you to provide a working replacement where eligible (see our Refund Policy).
